Breech Consultation
in person session - education, bodywork, empowerment
Did your doctor or midwife diagnosed your baby's position as breech and recommending a scheduled a cesarean section? There are other options.
By using the Spinning Babies approach, Rebozo techniques and the Breech Release bodywork in this consultation you learn about the anatomy of your pelvis and a head up baby, practice positions and exercises to balance the pelvis, receive bodywork to release ligaments and muscles. This work makes more room in teh body and encourages baby to turn head down.
We will discuss other methods and aids in turning baby, how to prepare for an ECV (External Cephalic Version) and up your chances for it to succeed. We will also talk about your options and safety of a vaginal breech birth and providers in the SF Bay Area.

Fee: $350 - length of the session can be adjusted based on your needs.
Follow up bodywork sessions are 90min, fee: $225
