I am a student midwife actively apprenticing. As a doula, I will be taking few clients this year and I will prioritize home birth clients and repeat clients.
For hospital birth clients, I will be available for prenatal preparation, Childbirth and Spinning Babies Classes, breech consults, placenta encapsulation, Bodywork for Babies and postpartum support.
Since my son's birth I have been in deep awe and respect for birth and birthing women/people. I am devoted to support Birthing parents in this beautiful journey and help create the kind of birth they want for themselves and their babies. I strive to help partners to become the best labor support they can be. I am an advocate for women's/human rights, natural birth and healthy babies. I offer doula services, private and group childbirth education and placenta medicine.
My role as a doula is to provide the birthing parent and her partner with information and resources, prepare and support them physically, emotionally and spiritually through the initiation of birth, take care of the practical things so that they can pay attention to each other and their baby. I also provide information and support postpartum: with breastfeeding, newborn care, recovery, parenting resources, co-sleeping, baby wearing, preventing and dealing with postpartum depression and counseling. |

My Birth Doula Fee is $2450 Low income family and home birth option: I offer sliding scale to those who need it. Please contact me to find out about discount options! I'm committed to serve low income and home birth families. I consider your financial situation, travel distance, services requested to calculate a fee that works for both you and me. Extra services: TENS unit rental: $50 up to 4 weeks (included in my birth doula services) Birth tub rental: I rent Birth Pool in a Box Mini Eco tubs. Please email me for details and availability. Fees: $250 - for 4 weeks - including drop off and pick up. Cleaning service available for an extra $50 fee. Placenta Medicine: Placenta Encapsulation: $375 Placenta Tincture: $100 Placenta Humanum homeopathic remedy: $100 Placenta Essence: $20 Placenta Art: Blood Print -free with the purchase of any placenta medicine. Ink print, drawing or painting framed: $300 + frame Additional 90min-2hrs prenatal session/ Birth Prep Class: $200-250 Belly Casting live video coaching: $150 Belly Casting in person session: $300 Additional Postpartum session: $65/hour I may charge a travel fee to San Francisco and the North Bay if I cross bridges or go beyond 15 miles from Berkeley. I serve the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, including San Francisco, Marin, San Rafael, Fairfax, Novato, Oakland, Berkeley, El Cerrito, Richmond, Albany, Pinole, Hercules, Vallejo, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Castro Valley, San Leandro, Hayward areas in California. I travel further for an extra fee.
