The Fabric of Connection - Rebozo and Somatic Awareness workshop

This class is designed for birth professionals- Doulas, Midwives, Nurses, Doctors, Lactation professionals and anyone who works with women, babies and their families.

In this 6 hour workshop I will share:

  • Rebozo techniques for pregnancy, birth and postpartum,
  • Advanced doula hacks, tricks of the trade
  • Mindful ways to be present and centered at the time of birth,
  • Counseling and advocacy techniques to create more connection between birthing parents, partners and hospital staff,
  • Body awareness and self care techniques, and tips
  • Listening and witnessing skills,
  • Somatic awareness for mama and baby care



                                                 This workshop offers 5 contact hours by ICEA for your continuing education.

I will have beautiful Mexican and Guatemalan Rebozos for sale in different sizes, colors, patterns and prices.
